I will not take me jewelry anywhere else after going here. I brought my engagement ring in to be sized. It was my grandmothers ring and had special engravings on the inside. I had taken it to kay jewelers previously and they said it would be a send out and unfortunately the “love is eternal” “6-19-53” would no longer be in the ring. My mother suggested the jeweler next to the west end grill and I’m so happy I took it here. He did my ring in 2 days and was able to keep all of my special engravings in the ring. They are reasonably priced and very professional.

I was there about a month ago. I called from 95 and they stayed open and waited to fix my grandmother's talking watch. I was taking her back to Ocala. She has dementia and depends on this watch. The two gentlemen stayed after hours and worked on her watch for me in the parking lot. They wanted to make sure Grandma was set.
